Orders are normally prepared within 2-5 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, fulfillment-center delays, or payment review.

Your order may be prepared by one of our trusted fulfillment partners, including overseas fulfillment centers. Items from one order may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Available carriers, shipping prices, and estimated delivery windows are calculated for your destination at checkout. Delivery windows are carrier estimates and may change because of customs, weather, carrier capacity, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Tracking information is emailed when a parcel ships. International tracking can take 3-7 business days to show its first scan.

Contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send an item before receiving approval and the correct return address.

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Final-sale items, gift cards, opened beauty or personal-care products, intimate items, customized products, and products marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless required by law or received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping for preference, fit, color choice, or sizing returns. Original shipping charges, duties, and customer-paid return shipping are not refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges; return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
