Return and Refund Policy
Return request window
Contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send an item before receiving approval and the correct return address.
To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, opened beauty or personal-care products, intimate items, customized products, and products marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless required by applicable law or received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items
Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or return solution without charging return shipping.
Preference, fit, and sizing returns
Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping when returning an eligible item because of preference, fit, color choice, or sizing. Original shipping charges, duties, and customer-paid return shipping are not refundable.
Return instructions
Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by Customer Support. Do not return products to the sender address printed on the parcel unless instructed. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may not be recoverable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount actually paid after discounts. Allow up to 7 business days for return inspection and 5-10 additional business days for the bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
Cancellations
Contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. If an order has shipped, the return terms above apply.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to the customer.
