📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! While we strive to ensure every item meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below:

✅ Eligible Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Final sale, clearance, personal care, and intimate items are non-returnable.

• Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return.

⚙️ Return Process

1. Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.

2. Provide photo evidence of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

3. Once approved, you can either:

   • Ship the item back at your own cost to our return address (provided during the return approval process).

   • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged), we will cover return shipping.

📬 Return Shipping

• For all other returns (like change of mind, wrong size, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

💵 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
