Contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send an item before receiving approval and the correct return address.

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Final-sale items, gift cards, opened beauty or personal-care products, intimate items, customized products, and products marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless required by law or received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping for preference, fit, color choice, or sizing returns. Original shipping charges, duties, and customer-paid return shipping are not refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges; return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
